Pac-12 Football Standings 2012: Oregon State falls to third in the North

It's looking pretty unlikely that the Beavers take the Pac-12 North after their second conference loss this past weekend.

The Oregon State Beavers dropped to third in the Pac-12 North standings after fell to Stanford 27-23 this past weekend.

Oregon State (5-2) will still have chance at the top dog, No. 2 Oregon, in two weeks but they'll need some serious help if they're to steal the North's automatic Pac-12 Championship bid. But with the way the schedule plays out, the Beavers might actually get that assistance considering that Stanford still has to play the Ducks along with No. 17 UCLA on the road.

The rest of the Ducks schedule is pretty rough as well as they're set to face No. 13 Stanford before the Civil War rivalry game.
