The Oregon Ducks lead the Oregon State Beavers, 34-17, as the 2012 Civil War enters the fourth quarter. The Ducks took advantage of Oregon State's special teams mistakes to blow the game open as they look to keep Rose Bowl hopes alive.

The Beavers looked to make it a game as they took the opening possession of the second half in for a touchdown. Storm Woods notched his second score of the day to cut Oregon's lead to 20-17.

Oregon responded on the ensuing drive, as De'Anthony Thomas scored from 5 yards out. Thomas would add another touchdown less than two minutes later following an Oregon State fumble on the kickoff return.

OSU would fumble a return again near the end of the third, but the Beavers' defense was able to hold and keep some semblance of hope alive. Oregon State's Sean Mannion threw an interception to start the fourth quarter.
