The Oregon Ducks moved into the top spot on SB Nation's latest BlogPoll, but only by a slight margin as the Kansas State Wildcats linger in second place less than a half point behind.
Alabama's loss 29-24 loss to Texas A&M set the stage for the undefeated Ducks to move into first place for the first time this season. The Crimson Tide dropped down to fourth place and the Ducks, Wildcats and the Fighting Irish all moved up on spot.
Oregon earned 44 first-place votes in the Week 12 edition and Kansas State earned 24 first-place votes.
As expected, the Oregon State Beavers dropped three spots after losing to Stanford on Saturday 27-23.
Despite cracking the top 25 in the BCS standings, the Washington Huskies aren't quite there yet in the eyes of people watching them play. The Huskies got some votes in the BlogPoll but are a few good wins, or multiple losses from teams above, from cracking the top 25.
