College Football Rankings: AP Poll Has Three Pac-12 Teams Ranked; Oregon At No. 3

The first AP Poll of the year is out and three Pac-12 teams made the cut. The Oregon Ducks are No. 3, Stanford is No. 7 and USC is No. 25.

The first AP Poll of the season is out and three Pac-12 teams made the top-25. It should come as no surprise to see just a small handful of Pac-12 members in the early rankings, but what the conference lacks in quantity it makes up for in quality. Two teams -- the Oregon Ducks and Stanford Cardinal -- are ranked in the top-10 and are expected to challenge for the BCS National Championship if they can survive the Pac-12 schedule.

Oregon comes in at No. 3 in the first AP Poll of the year, receiving 1,330 votes. Oklahoma and Alabama are ranked first and second, respectively. Stanford is ranked seventh in the first poll, but will likely move-up after the first week, when No. 3 Oregon plays No. 4 LSU. USC rounds out the rankings at No. 25.

Here is the full AP Poll, released on Saturday morning
