NFL Mock Draft 2013: Seahawks projected to upgrade defensive line

SB Nation's latest mock draft has the Seahawks taking DE Datone Jones out of UCLA.

The Seattle Seahawks enter the NFL Draft with few obvious holes on the roster, but they're sitting in an envious spot at No. 25. Plenty of talent is expected to be available at the end of the first round, and they could go several directions here.

SB Nation's Dan Kadar released his latest mock draft on Monday, and he has the Seahawks selecting UCLA DE Datone Jones in the first round:

Look for the Seahawks to upgrade their defensive line this offseason, despite taking Bruce Irvin in the first round last year. Jones is in the same mold as Jason Jones, a free agent for Seattle that went on injured reserve in December. He's a better fit than a player like Sam Montgomery because he can take on blockers better, but can do just enough as a pass rusher.

Defensive tackle is another concern with the impending free agency of Jason Jones and Alan Branch, and guys like John Jenkins, Johnathan Hankins or Jesse Williams could also be available at this spot.

If Seattle decides to upgrade their receiver corps, they could have their pick of DeAndre Hopkins, Tavon Austin or Keenan Allen.
