As the Wild Card showdown between the Seattle Seahawks and Washington Redskins nears, Washington coach Mike Shanahan and the training staff are feeling pretty good about their team's health. On Thursday's practice report, only three players were either limited or unable to participate.

Rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III, who has been dealing with a sprained LCL the past month, was a full participant for the second day in a row. Griffin missed a game in December due to the injury, although, he's beginning to look like his old self with the playoffs right around the corner.

As for the players who did miss time, starting left guard Kory Lichtensteiger did not participate due to an ankle injury. He also missed Wednesday's practice. On defense, backup safety DeJon Gomes was limited with a knee aliment. Jones figures to be questionable for Sunday's game. Backup cornerback D.J. Johnson was unable to practice due to a knee injury of his own.
