Marshawn Lynch Injury: Seahawks RB Day-To-Day

Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is unofficially listed as day-to-day for the Week 1 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals, coach Pete Carroll told the media on Wednesday. He added that Lynch, who is suffering from back spasms, participated in the Seahawks' morning walkthrough but a decision about playing on Sunday won't be made until later this week.

However, Arizona coach Ken Whisenhunt said that he's prepping his Cardinals for Lynch.

Per The News Tribune:

"I expect him to play," Whisenhunt said, when asked if he was preparing for Seattle's offense any different because Lynch's back spasms might keep him out of the game. "It's not affecting our preparation. We're preparing that he's going to play."

Lynch has been dealing with back spasms throughout the preseason. Leon Washington and Robert Turbin are the likely candidates to take Lynch's snaps if he is sidelined.
