The Barclays 2012 Leaderboard Update: Sergio Garcia and Nick Watney Lead After Second Day

Nick Watney and Sergio Garcia's strong first day helped them hold off Vijay Singh for the overall lead after the second day of The Barclays as both finished the day tied at 8-under.

Bob Estes was the strongest gainer, jumping up to tied for second place with Vijay Singh at 7-under after going 5-under on the day.

Two local golfers made the cut. Ryan Moore, from Tacoma, jumped up fifteen spots to finish 4-under on the tournament so far. He has gone 2-under both rounds.

Troy Kelly, also from Tacoma, made his own destiny today, going 5-under to make the cut. Kelly currently sits at 2-under overall.

Tiger Woods shook off an apparent knee and back injury to finish the day 2-under. He is currently three strokes behind Garcia and Watney.

Padraig Harrington's luck ran out pretty quickly. He entered Friday as the tournament leader but struggled, posting a 4-plus to drop to a tie for 16th place at 3-under overall.
