Wimbledon 2012 Scores And Results: Roger Federer, Andy Murray Advance To Finals

With only four men left at the All England Club, Friday's semifinal matches were chocked full of big time names as Roger Feder took on Novak Djokovic while Andy Murray faces off with Jo-Wilfred Tsonga for the chance to play in the finals.

Roger Federer had been struggling against Djokovic as of late, but battled hard to earn his eighth trip to the finals with a 6-3, 3-6, 6-4, 6-3 victory. Centre court had it's retractable roof closed for the match, but didn't seem to affect either player much. Federer was simply the better player in this match.

The win improved Federer's semifinal record to 8-0 at Wimbledon. His only loss in the final came in 2008 to Rafael Nadal.

Englishman Andy Murray had his hands full as well, but eventually managed to put down Jo-Wilfried Tsonga with a 6-3, 6-4, 3-6, 7-5 win. He is looking to become the first Brit to win the event since way back when in 1936.
