Kasey Kahne and Greg Biffle will both be trying to make a strong showing as the 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series comes to Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the Brickyard 400 on Sunday. Biffle will be slotted in at No. 5 in the starting lineup and will be trying to regain some ground on overall points leader Matt Kenseth, who is No. 10 in the starting lineup.
Kasey Kahne is coming off a huge win two weeks ago and will be No. 15 in the lineup. He will look to either retain a Wild Card position or move up into the Top 10 outright over the next weeks before the cutoff.
The green flag is scheduled to wave at 10:19 a.m. PT. This will be the first race of the season broadcast on ESPN, who will handle the television broadcasts for the remainder of the year. Six straight weeks of TNT have set the bar astonishingly low, so a new broadcast team will hopefully be a breath of fresh air.
There IS live streaming of the race today, which can be found via the "Watch ESPN" app. If you'll be away from your computer and TV, check the Performance Racing Network's web site for a list of affiliate radio stations in your area.
