The Pac-12 Network is under a month away from launching, and it's likely that the State of Washington will be getting two channels to maximize distribution of the sport throughout the region. Fans of the Pac-12 in the state of Washington will get the national channel, whereas more localized fans will get to see the regional Washington channel that will be sure to cover all the most important events regarding Washington Huskies and Washington St. Cougars sports whenever they happen.
The schedule has been released for all the national and regional channels for the first weeks of the channels. Here's the PDF of the National Network and the PDF of the Washington regional network.
As you can see, most of the programming for all the channels is nearly identical to start things off, although you figure as we move deeper into the season and there are more sports happening, you'll see the regional network take on more of a Washington-centric focus and the national network will keep in-tune to the main broadcasts.
To discuss more Pac-12 issues, head over to Pacific Takes; talk about Washington football over at UW Dawg Pound, and talk more about Washington State football at CougCenter.
