UW Swagga Suit Founders Pushing To Grow Company

Josh Brewer, Gil Pennington and Elaina Tursi are taking their business class project into the real world and aim to grow their small business of "Swagga Suits." In May, SB Nation Seattle posted about the fan-made apparel when Jon Brockman and Darnell Gant modeled the purple onesies. Since then, sales have increased, and in turn, the Swagga Suits' popularity as well.

The founders are raising money through Kickstarter to prepare their business for football season. The company's goal is to create Swagga suits for three other Pac-12 schools and also be able to eventually customize the suits for professional sports teams as well.

All funds raised through their Kickstarter page will help the company become self-sufficient, secure a local supply chain and obtain the proper licenses to sell their suits. As with most Kickstarter campaigns, people who donate to the cause will receive perks in return. For more details on the different perks available, head over to their Kickstarter page.
