Seattle Mariners 12, Arizona Diamondbacks 9 [box]: Ichiro went 4-for-5 including a leadoff hit in the first inning, making him the fourth fastest player to reach 2,500 career hits. He also hit two doubles and drove in two runs — more off days for Ichiro, Eric Wedge! Casper Wells broke the 9-9 tie at the top of the tenth inning with a base hit into center field that scored two runs.
