There is going to be a wild race to the finish on Sunday afternoon at the 2012 Players Championship concludes. With everyone in contention now on the back-nine of the fourth round, you can bet emotions and the drama will be at an all-time high. The action is currently being aired live on NBC.
After 11 holes, Matt Kurchar leads the field at -12. Martin Laird is at five-under for the day and is sitting in second place at -11 overall after the 15th hole. Rickie Fowler, Kevin Na, Ben Curtis and Zach Johnson are all tied in third place at -10 with anywhere from 5-7 holes remaining in the final round.
Tiger Woods finished his fourth round at +1, ending his tournament with a mark of -1. Not a strong showing for the world's former top-player. Phil Mickelson also ended his day at +1, tying him for 25th place at -3 overall.
