The third round of the 2012 Players Championship will take place on Saturday at TPC Sawgrass in Florida. The second round saw plenty of thrills, with players having great difficulty navigating the extremely fast greens and the very tricky 17th hole. Following the cut on Friday, the pressure will only intensify.
The day will begin with Zach Johnson, Kevin Na and Matt Kuchar all tied for first place at 8-under. Harris English is all by himself at 7-under and a group of five golfers is tied at 6-under. Tiger Woods flirted with missing the cut after finishing 2-over in the first round and struggling late on Friday, but sits at 2-under along with Phil Mickelson and a host of others.
