The Players Championship 2012: Tee Times, TV Schedule, Radio Coverage For Thursday

The unofficial fifth major of the PGA Tour is upon us once again as the best golfers in the world return to Ponte Vedra Beach Florida to take on Pete Dye's original Stadium design, the legendary TPC Sawgrass.

KJ Choi is the defending champion, though all eyes will be on Tiger Woods, making another start after missing the cut at the Wells Fargo Championship last week. He tees off at 8:39 am ET with Rickie Fowler and Hunter Mahan off the back nine. Masters champ Bubba Watson took the week off, while Rory McIlroy, Phil Mickelson and Steve Stricker tee off the back at 1:49 p.m. ET.

Television coverage of the first round begins at 1 p.m. ET , and can be found on the Golf Channel with radio coverage kicking off at noon on Sirius XM.
