NFL Draft Results 2012: Seahawks Select Jaye Howard With 19th Pick of 4th Round

The Seahawks selected DT Jaye Howard with the 19th pick of the 4th round.

With the 19th pick of the 4th round in the 2012 NFL Draft, the Seattle Seahawks have selected Jaye Howard, a defensive tackle from University of Florida. Howard started every game for Florida last year and finished tied for second on the team with 10.0 tackles for loss. He ran the 40 yards in 4.82 seconds and has a great first step which allows him to blast through seams in the line pretty quickly.
