WrestleMania 28 Results: Undertaker Defeats Triple H In Hell In A Cell, Now 20-0 At WrestleMania

WrestleMania 28 keeps on rolling on Sunday in Miami. Prior to the fifth match on the main card, it was announced that the crowd of 78,323 was a new attendance record for Sun Life Stadium. Jim Ross then came out to the announcer booth to call the next bout, the eagerly anticipated Hell in a Cell rematch between the Undertaker and Triple H.

The Undertaker came into the match boasting an unprecedented 19-0 winning streak at WrestleMania. Undertaker unveiled a new look, with a closely shorn head and short mohawk. The two men engaged in a lengthy and brutal match that included both combatants battering one another with steel ring steps and chairs.

Triple H kept battering the Undertaker with chair shots repeatedly, trying to either get Undertaker to surrender or get special guest referee Shawn Michaels to end the match. Undertaker would not quit, however, even after being hit with a sledgehammer. The Undertaker choked out Michaels with the Hell's Gate submission hold and choked out Triple H with the same move. A second referee came to the ring, but Triple H was able to kick out of a chokeslam. The Undertaker then chokeslammed the second referee in frustration.

Shawn Michaels came to and hit Undertaker with Sweet Chin Music, which Triple H followed up with a Pedigree, but Undertaker still kicked out at two. The Undertaker roared back to life with a flurry of offense before hitting Triple H with the Tombstone piledriver, but Triple H kicked out. The two men slugged it out and Triple H hit another Pedigree, but it was not enough to put the Dead Man away.

Triple H went for the sledgehammer again, but Undertaker blocked it and hit Triple H with repeated chair shots in a bit of comeuppance for the earlier beating at the hands of the WWE COO. Still, Triple H would not stay down. Triple H made one last lunge with the sledgehammer, but Undertaker blocked it and hit Triple H with his own signature weapon. Undertaker finally hit Triple H with one last tombstone to win the match and go to 20-0 at WrestleMania.
