Bowl games, bragging rights and a possible trip to the national championship are on the line in Saturday's Civil War.

At 10-1, the Oregon Ducks remain in the national championship picture, but before they can worry about bowl bids, they must face off against the Oregon State Beavers in the Civil War.

While Oregon is coming off its first loss of the season, the Beavers will head into the rivalry off possibly their best performance of the year. OSU crushed California 62-14 last week. After struggling at times recently, Beaver quarterback Sean Mannion played possibly his best game of the season against California.

While both offenses receive a lot of attention, both Oregon State and Oregon rank in the top 27 in defensive points allowed. The Ducks are 27th in the country allowing 21.8 points per game while the Beavers are 21st, limiting opponents to 18.6 points per game.

The two offenses can put up points as well, even though they do so in different ways. OSU is 22nd in the country averaging 303.4 passing yards per game while the Ducks are fifth in the nation in rushing at 313.5 yards per game. The Ducks have had the advantage recently, winning four straight against the Beavers. Oregon opened as a 12-1/2-point favorite.
