NFL Films previews the Seahawks-Vikings upcoming matchup

The Seattle Seahawks will host the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, in a clash between two of the league's toughest defenses. Seattle allows just 16.8 points per game, which is third-best in the NFL. Minnesota is tied for third with 23 sacks so far this season.

The Seahawks pass less often than any other team in the league, averaging just 26.3 passing attempts per game. Marshawn Lynch's mark of 4.8 yards per carry ranks second in the league among running backs with at least 150 carries. He trails only Minnesota's Adrian Peterson in that category. Peterson is on his way to another great season, with 775 rushing yards through his first eight games.

Seattle's stadium provides the Seahawks with a significant home field advantage. The Seahawks are 3-0 at home this season, with impressive victories over the Dallas Cowboys, Green Bay Packers, and New England Patriots.
