Seahawks vs. Patriots score update: Seattle down 20-10 after third quarter

Following a hot start to the game, the Seattle Seahawks continue to struggle to put points on the board as they trail the New England Patriots 20-10 entering the fourth quarter.

The Seahawks failed to advance into New England territory in the third quarter, as the Seattle offense stalled in both the running and passing game. Running back Marshawn Lynch has just 12 carries for 29 yards.

Quarterback Russell Wilson, meanwhile, passed for 22 yards in the quarter after racking up more than 100 yards in the first quarter alone. Overall, he's 11-of-18 for 177 yards and a touchdown.

The Patriots tacked on another field goal after an eight play, 48 yard drive to make the score 20-10. The Seahawks haven't been able to slow Tom Brady down, as the New England quarterback has thrown for 314 yards on 31-of-45 attempts. He has two touchdowns and an interception.

In total yards, the Seahawks are being out gained 372 to 228.
