Washington Vs. Colorado: Huskies Suffer Their First Pac-12 Loss, 87-69

The Washington Huskies visited the Colorado Buffaloes on Thursday evening with hopes of both improving to a perfect 3-0 in conference play and picking up their first road win. In the end, they were handed a lopsided 87-69 Pac-12 defeat as they fell to an overall record of 8-6. The Buffaloes improve to 10-4 overall and to 2-0 in Pac-12 play.

The Buffaloes held a 40-30 lead entering halftime and added an additional 47 points after the break. Washington guard Tony Wroten led all scorers with 21 points, also picking up six rebounds, three assists and seven steals. Terrence Ross managed a double-double for the Huskies with 13 points and 10 rebounds.

UW will play their next game on Saturday, January 7 as they hit the road to take on the Utah Utes.
