Cal's Tosh Lupoi is Cal's no longer. Washington gives Lupoi an offer he can't refuse and he bolts for the Huskies in the biggest signing of the Pac-12 offseason.

According to tweets by The Solid Verbal and SBNRecruiting, Cal's Tosh Lupoi is headed to Washington, a move that automatically makes the Huskies one of the top recruiters on the west coast.

The 30-year-old defensive line coach just completed his fourth year of coaching, but he has already made enough for himself on the recruiting trail. When ESPN.com came out with its list of the top 25 recruiters in the country in 2011, Lupoi was the youngest coach to make the list. He was also the youngest football assistant in the Pac-10 last year. He already has one first-round draft pick under his belt in defensive tackle Tyson Alualu and another possible one in Cameron Jordan.

His recruiting skills have landed him players from as far as North Carolina, George, Massachusetts and Maryland. His reach knows no bounds and no he'll bring that skill with him to Washington.

The move may surprise some until they read this - he goes from making $165k a year at Cal to $500k at UW. Hard to turn down a raise like that.

Now, only time will tell if he has the same magic for the Huskies as he had for the Bears.
