The Oregon Ducks ran over the Arizona Wildcats. They tend to do that to teams that are missing half their defensive unit. But still, it was quite the steamrolling. You don't see 400 rushing yard games all that often unless it's Air Force or Navy and you're running the ball 95% of the time. But Oregon was passing the ball too, making the ground dominance all the more impressive.
LaMichael James was responsible for most of that, racking up 288 rushing yards and setting school records along the way. James didn't need to do anything too special against the Wildcats. Once he got to the second level he just tended to be faster than most of his defenders, and there he was making and breaking and speeding the Ducks offensive toward victory. James was named Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts.
