Beanie Wells Inactive vs. Seahawks

Seattle Seahawks fans can breathe a bit easier this Sunday as Arizona Cardinals running back Beanie Wells has been listed as inactive, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

After reports from Beanie Wells himself that he was ready to play this Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks, he decided he couldn’t be at full capacity, eventually putting himself of the shelf.

Wells has been dealing with a hamstring problem this week that has kept him out of practice, causing some worry amongst fantasy owners that their productive back will have to sit out a week to get healthy. Wells has 183 rushing yards and two touchdowns already this season, and has been a staple in the Cardinals offensive scheme thus far in the season.

Look for Chester Taylor to likely get the start up at CenturyLink Field, as well as a few carries for Alfonso Smith as well. LaRod Stephens-Howling has a cast on his hand and will no be available this afternoon per Kent Somers via Twitter.
