Oregon Vs. Nevada Score Update: Ducks Lead 13-0 After One Quarter

The Oregon Ducks are looking to avenge last week's loss to the LSU Tigers and are off to a fine start against the Nevada Wolf Pack. The Ducks lead 13-0 after on quarter of play.

The Ducks received the opening kickoff and proceeded to string together an 11-play, 79-yard drive. Running back LaMichael James accounted for six carries and 28 yards on the drive, pumping in the touchdown score on a four-yard run with 11:17 to go. The Ducks went for the two-point conversion and failed.

The Wolf Pack went three-and-out on the next possession and the Ducks followed up with the same result. Nevada moved the ball well after getting the ball back and were in possession to get on the board with a 38-yard field goal by Anthony Martinez. Oregon blocked the field goal though and took over possession.

The Ducks pieced together a six-play, 79-yard drive to score again. The highlight was a 62-yard rush by De-Anthony Thomas to the Wolf Pack three-yard line.  Quarterback Darron Thomas found Lavasier Tuinei for a three-yard touchdown on the next play. Oregon converted on the extra point.

The Ducks lead 13-0 after one quarter of play, and the Wolf Pack have the ball as the second quarter begins.
