Little League World Series 2011: Montana, Huntington Beach Battle For US Championship

The Little League World Series is down to four teams -- two from the US and two from the international side of the bracket -- and the youngsters from Montana are still cruising along. The Montana team has yet to be defeated, working its way to the US Finals on Saturday, where it will face the West regional team from Huntington Beach. On the other side of the bracket, Mexico and Japan square-off for the right to face the US champion in the Little League World Series final on Sunday.

Montana is a perfect 3-0 in Williamsport, and is looking for a clean-sweep on Saturday. The team opened with a 6-4 win over South Dakota before downing Louisiana, 3-1, and Huntington Beach, 1-0. A 2-0 Huntington Beach win over the local Pennsylvania team setup a rematch between the West and Northwest regional teams in the US Finals, set for Saturday afternoon.
