Russell Okung Injury: Seattle Seahawks Prized Left Tackle Leaves Game During First Series

The Seattle Seahawks weren't even five minutes into their opening preseason game against the San Diego Chargers before potentially having a serious injury to one of their starters. Prized left tackle Russell Okung was hurt on the first series of the game and limped off the field before immediately getting attention from the team's trainers.

After undergoing observations for a few moments, Okung was carted off the field. It appears the injury is to his left ankle, which is the same ankle that cost him the first few games of the 2010 season. The former sixth overall pick has been a monster on the field when healthy, though it appears that he may be banged up once again to start this year.
