Women's NCAA Bracket 2011: Gonzaga A No. 11 Seed In Spokane Region

The Gonzaga Bulldogs found out where they're headed in the Women's NCAA Tournament on Monday during the selection show on ESPN. Gonzaga was already safely in the tournament after receiving the WCC's automatic bid after winning the WCC Tournament last week. Though Gonzaga has the lower first-round seed in the region, the Zags will stay home in Spokane to face No. 6 Iowa. Not a bad break at all for the lady Zags.

Here's all the information for Gonzaga's first round game.

Location: Gonzaga is headed ... nowhere. Gonzaga will be playing at Spokane Arena in the first round.

Schedule: Gonzaga and Iowa will tip it off on Saturday at 1 p.m. in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

Region: The Zags are in the Spokane region, with No. 1 overall seed Stanford atop the regional bracket.

Seed: Gonzaga received the No. 11 seed after winning the WCC Conference Tournament.

Possible second round game: The winner of the Gonzaga-Iowa game will face the winner of the UCLA-Hampton game. UCLA is the No. 3 seed in the region.
