The Washington Huskies got out of the gates a bit sluggish in their non-conference play to start the season, but essentially have a fresh slate with the start of Pac-12 play as the Oregon State Beavers head to Alaska Airlines Arena to kickoff the conference schedule.
The Huskies (6-5) will have a tough task with the Beavers (10-2), who will be meeting for the 289th time overall in their rivalry. The Huskies are fresh off their beat down of Northridge, though the Beavers got the best of them in their last meeting in a 68-56 upset over Washington. The Huskies own the lead in the all-time series with a 152-136 margin dating back to 1904.
Without any clear frontrunners at this point in the Pac-12, conference play this season will hopefully be very well rounded, starting tonight at the AAA.
