The Seahawks are a little banged up but will be facing a Philadelphia Eagles team this Thursday that has had some serious injury issues of their own. It's looking more and more like quarterback Michael Vick will miss this week's game with a nagging rib injury, and wide receiver Jeremy Maclin is likely out as well. With Vick and Maclin likely out, and Desean Jackson still playing inconsistently and lately in the doghouse, the Eagles vaunted offense could potentially take a serious hit. It's now looking like Vince Young could get the start at QB for Philadelphia.
In question too are the statuses of key defensive players Nnamdi Asomugha and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, both suffering from leg injuries. Potentially exacerbating the Eagles losses on offense in the availability of star running back LeSean McCoy, who is battling a toe injury that could limit or even keep him out of Thursday's game as well.
Here is the official practice report for the Eagles from Tuesday:
DID NOT PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICE - T King Dunlap (concussion), LB Moise Fokou (ankle), WR Jeremy Maclin (hamstring, shoulder), QB Michael Vick (ribs)
LIMITED PARTICIPATION IN PRACTICE - CB Nnamdi Asomugha (knee), RB LeSean McCoy (toe), CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (ankle)
FULL PARTICIPATION IN PRACTICE - DT Cullen Jenkins (thumb)
