Seattle Seahawks Injury Update: Kam Chancellor, Sidney Rice, Doug Baldwin Suffer Concussions

The Seattle Seahawks managed a huge upset win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, but suffered quite a few injuries along the way.

No fewer than three different Seahawks players left the game with head injuries. Wide receiver Sidney Rice left the game in the third quarter after injuring himself attempting to catch a deep pass. Doug Baldwin, another wide receiver, also left the game near the end of the second half. Safety Kam Chancellor had the nastiest-looking injury of the week as he went helmet-to-helmet on Anquan Boldin and was charged with a penalty. According to the official Seahawks Twitter feed, all three players suffered concussions. Head coach Pete Carroll stated that the status of each of the three players is yet to be determined.

Also suffering an injury in the game was guard John Moffitt, who left the game in the first quarter with a right knee injury and was replace by Lemuel Jeanpierre.
