As the Seattle Seahawks get ready to host the Baltimore Ravens at CenturyLink field, NFL fans around the world are scrambling to get all of their fantasy teams set. Let's take a closer look at some of the players you could possibly sit or start this week:
Our friends over at NumberFire.com have their projections for all the top Seahawks players, which I have listed below, and currently show Tarvaris Jackson leading the way for Seattle with around 11 fantasy points. They don't foresee him throwing too many TD's, and neither do I, so if you have no other option, Jackson may have to be your guy.

As for running back Marshawn Lynch, Numberfire does not project him to have a good day at all, and with the Ravens D only allowing only 86 yards a game to opposing teams, Lynch will definitely have his hands full this Sunday. Like Jackson, if he's your last remaining option go for it, but if not, try to start someone else.

The Seahawks defense has quietly been one of the stingiest in the league, and may be your best option for a starter coming from the Seahawks this week. Numberfire projects them to earn a shade over 5 points, but with Joe Flacco's recent inconsistencies the secondary may be able to pick a few off, while neither team scores a boat load of points either, another sign that the Seattle D might be the one for you this weekend.
Seahawks Defense- START
Wide receiver Sidney Rice has been having a tough 2011, hauling in 27 receptions and one TD thus far in the season. The Ravens' defense are currently fourth n passing yards allowed, and will likely be all over him like white on rice (no pun intended), and isn't projected to have a good game at all. He's due for a breakout, but I don't see it happening against this stingy Baltimore D.
