Mike Williams Injury: Seahawks WR Concussed, Will Not Play

Seattle wide receiver Mike Williams will miss this Sunday's game at the Giants while he recovers from a concussion. Williams suffered the concussion on a sick crack back block to spring Marshawn Lynch for a touchdown in last week's game against the Falcons. Williams hasn't practiced this week as he undergoes the testing process necessary to clear a player to go.

Here's the video of Mike making the sick block (apologies for the overly dramatic music) and concussing himself. Keep your eye on Mike Williams, out to the left wing to start this play.

With Williams out, Pete Carroll noted at the end of practice (per ESPN710's Liz Mathews) that Ben Obomanu will start in his place. Obomanu has 11 catches for 82 yards this season, and one touchdown. He's lost some snaps to Williams and rookie Doug Baldwin, who leads the Seahawks in receiving so far this season.
