USA Today/Coaches Poll, Week 8: UW Cracks Top 25, Oregon Moves to 8th in Coaches Poll

After showing some strong play over the past few weeks the voters in the USA Today/Coaches Poll finally gave some love to the Washington Huskies in week eight, moving them into the top 25 for the first time this year, marking the fourth Pac-12 school to make the grade this week.

The Huskies dominated Colorado by the score of 52-24 this Saturday, giving them the victory they needed to break into the top of the poll this week.
Joining UW is Arizona State, sitting just one spot behind them for 25th in the rankings after their own dismantling at the hands of the Oregon Ducks, though they remained in the top 25.

Oregon moved up a spot to eighth with their win over the Sun Devils, while the Stanford Cardinal made a jump into the top 5 with their win over Washington State, joining Okalhoma, LSU, Alabama, and Wisconsin as the top schools in the country.
