Washington vs. Colorado Odds: Huskies Enter Pac-12 Matchup As Heavy Favorites

As the Washington Huskies welcome in the Colorado Buffaloes for the first time since joining the Pac-12, UW will do so as heavy favorites. While the team has publicly said they are refusing to overlook a hungry Colorado team, one has to like the Huskies' chances this weekend at home.

According to OddsShark.com, Washington opened as 13.5-point favorites. That line has increased over the week and various betting websites such as Bodog.com, 5Dimes.com and TopBet.com have the 4-1 Huskies as 17.5-point favorites. The over/under for the matchup sits right around 57 points.

With a huge matchup next weekend looming against Andrew Luck and the Stanford Cardinal, it will be interesting to see if UW does indeed look ahead to their next game. The primetime matchup has been circled on the calendar for quite some time and it is only natural to overlook a lesser opponent. An upset loss to Colorado would be devastating for the program.
