ESPN College Gameday: Broadcast To Begin Saturday Morning At 6:00 On Oregon Campus

ESPN College Gameday will be in Oregon this weekend for the top 25 match-up between the No. 18 Arizona State Sun Devils and the No. 9 Oregon Ducks. A recent report by Duck Territory states that Gameday coverage on Saturday will begin at 6 a.m. PT.

The Gameday stage will be situated on Memorial Quad, marking the first time that Oregon's campus will be featured on the program. In previous years, the stadium has always been set up at Autzen Satdium.

Avid students and fans will be allowed access to the area near the set (where they will likely be seen on television) starting at 1 a.m. The following objects are forbidden from this viewing area: bags, pens/markers, food, advertising stickers, poles, objects that could be projectiles and other objects that ESPN may deem inappropriate.

Beginning at 6 a.m., College Gameday will go on-air for three straight hours (one hour on ESPN U and two hours on ESPN). Official set-up will begin on Thursday and run through Saturday, when the program broadcasts.

The Ducks are 4-1 when hosting other teams on Gameday but suffered a loss earlier this season to then-No. 4 LSU in a game that Gameday covered (though the contest took place at a neutral setting in the Cowboys Classic). Both the Ducks and the fans figure to be ready for Gameday's national coverage on Saturday.
