Chris Egan of KING 5 reports on Twitter that former Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Steve Largent is being considered for the team's CEO position.
KING 5 Sports has learned that Seahawks legend Steve Largent is on the short list to return to the team as CEO, replacing Tod Leiweke.
The Seattle Seahawks CEO position became vacant when former CEO and Vulcan, Inc. executive Tod Leiweke left to become part owner of the National Hockey League's Tampa Bay Lightning.
Largent, whose No. 80 jersey was retired by the Seahawks, is a member of the National Football League's Hall of Fame and a former congressman representing the state of Oklahoma.
