However small, this is a victory Husky fans. Buried under the big names and pinned between South Carolina and Missouri are the Washington Huskies, finishing 36th in total votes. Pre-season polls are foolish, of course. Any number of reasons could be unduly bolstering the Dawgs. But in a league were winning is winning popularity, this is a small victory for UW.
