Washington Huskies QB commit Troy Williams talks with SB Nation Seattle at the 2012 Elite 11 Finals.

25 of the nation's best high school quarterbacks are once again competing at this week's Elite 11 finals in Redondo Beach, California. For years, one of the final stamps of approval placed on high school QB's has been being named to the prestigious Elite 11 team. Notable Elite 11 alumni include Tim Tebow, Mark Sanchez, Matthew Stafford, Andrew Luck and many more.

This year, UW commit Troy Williams is one of the finalists competing to be one of the Elite 11, who will be named at the conclusion of the 5 day competition.

Former Husky QB's who have been named to the Elite 11 include Casey Paus, Jake Locker, Nick Montana and current Dawg, Jeff Lindquist.

Williams, who preps at Narbone HS in Harbor City, Calif., had a strong showing during the camp's first session Wednesday. We caught up with him after to discuss everything from his commitment to Washington, to his intended major, to his thoughts on Coach Sarkisian, and more.
