Thanks to Washington's loss to UCLA on Saturday, a door has been opened for the California Golden Bears to share the conference title and get the No. 1 seed in the Pac-12 tournament. All they have to do is defeat Stanford Sunday afternoon.

Thanks to Washington Huskies' Saturday afternoon loss to the UCLA Bruins, the door has been opened the door for the California Golden Bears to share the regular season Pac-12 title and possible get the No. 1 seed in the Pac-12 tournament. Had the Huskies won on Saturday, they would have won the conference out right.

The reason the Bears have this chance is because they defeated the Huskies on Jan. 19 by a score of 69-66. To fully take advantage of the situation they're in, the Bears will have to defeat the Stanford Cardinals on the road Sunday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. If they win that game, they will have the No. 1 seed in the conference tournament and they'll share the regular season title with the Huskies. However, if Stanford wins their last game of the season, the Huskies will be conference champs and get the No. 1 seed in the tournament.

There are likely going to be a lot of Huskies fans rooting for Stanford tomorrow afternoon.
