Joshua Garnett: Commitment Date Set For January 26th

Offensive lineman Joshua Garnett will announce his college choice on Thursday, January 26th. The Puyallup HS product is a four-star recruit according to Rivals and is the No. 7 ranked offensive guard in the nation. Garnett will be deciding between Michigan, Notre Dame and Stanford. Garnett took his last visit to Stanford this past weekend.

Greg Biggins from ESPN caught up with Garnett on Monday:

"I had great visits to all three schools, I have great relationships with the coaching staffs at each program and I'm very comfortable with the players and some of the recruits going to those schools as well. It's going to be a tough choice, but I'm excited to make it and looking forward to putting this recruiting process behind me." (Via: ESPN)

According to Dave Miller from the National Football Post, Garnett will host head coaches David Shaw (Stanford), Brian Kelly (Notre Dame) and Brady Hoke (Michigan) for final in-home visits before he makes his decision next Thursday.

To discuss Garnett and his recruitment at any of these three schools, head to Maize N Brew (Michigan), One Foot Down (Notre Dame) and Rule of Tree (Stanford).
