Report: Tony Wroten Jr. Down To Louisville Or Washington?

Is class of 2011 basketball recruit Tony Wroten Jr. down to his final two college choices?

Jody Demling of the Courier-Journal.com, one of the preeminent recruiting experts in the country, reports that Lousville has landed a commitment from Angel Nunez. In related news, Demling also reports on Twitter that Nunez's commitment does not affect Louisville's recruitment of Seattle-area point guard Wroten, who recently enjoyed an official visit to Lousville.

This changes NOTHING with Tony Wroten or Rodney Hood. Wroten will pick U of L or UW next week and they're still hoping Hood visits.less than a minute ago via TweetDeck

The University of Washington and Lorenzo Romar have been a constant player throughout Wroten's recruitment, given the school's hometown advantage and Wroten's family ties, but Seattle-area players like Terrence Williams and Peyton Siva have chosen Louisville and head coach Rick Pitino before.

Kentucky and John Calipari, who had long been linked to Wroten (especially by Wroten himself), no longer appearto be in the picture.

Wroten also recently had an in-home visit with Seattle University, but the school's lack of national profile would make a commitment there unlikely.

Wroten is expected to make his announcement on October 7th at Garfield High School in Seattle, Washington.
