Report: LA Quarterback Joseph Gray Commits To Washington

Washington head coach Steve Sarkisian was barking on Twitter this morning, letting the world know -- subliminally -- that Washington had secured another commitment for the class of 2011. That commitment, according to Scout.com's Brandon Huffman, is Los Angeles quarterback Joseph Gray.

Gray is an under the radar, two-star quarterback from Dorsey high school in Los Angeles. Washington has been looking for a quarterback after missing out on Brett Hundley last month. The Huskies were thought to be in on Adam Pittser, but with the commitment of Gray, who knows what their plans are now.

According to Scout.com, Gray was 112-199, throwing for 18 touchdowns and nine interceptions in his junior campaign. It doesn't appear he held offers from any high-major schools until UW came calling.

Gray is the 18th commit in the class of 2011 for Washington.
