Seattle Sounders midfielder Steve Zakuani recorded a goal and an assist against Chivas USA last Friday, prompting the North American Soccer Reporters (NASR) to vote him player of the week for week 29 of the Major League Soccer season.
Zakuani earned this distinction once already this season, in week 17, for his brace against the Colorado Rapids. Certainly a deserved win for the valuable winger.
