The Seattle Seahawks' trip to Phoenix to take on the Arizona Cardinals looks to be one of the closest matchups of the NFL's opening weekend, at least according to Las Vegas, where books are giving the Seahawks a slight edge over Arizona.
In an early NFC West matchup, the meeting opened with the Cardinals as early one-point favorites, but as the game kicks off, the Seahawks are favored by three points at Bovada, Sportsbook.com and TopBet. Seattle claims a slightly smaller edge at 5Dimes, where they're playing at a 2.5-point advantage for the 1:15 p.m. game kickoff.
Much of the lead up to the season opening meeting has focused on the Seahawks, who will start rookie quarterback Russell Wilson. Seattle running back Marshawn Lynch's availability also likely played with the line on the game. According to multiple reports, Lynch will be available on the day, but his touches will be limited as he deals with back spasms.
