The Seahawks are moving up in the Week 3 NFL Power Rankings.
The Seattle Seahawks are rising in NFL Power Rankings around the internet after a decisive, 27-7, win over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday afternoon. The Seahawks' dominating performance turned the heads of many NFL pundits, but their opinions vary on Seattle, as their rankings range from 11 to 23.
SB Nation's Joel Thorman was impressed with the Seahawks in his NFL power rankings, but only enough to move them three spots up to No. 23. He had this to say:
Big time win for the Seahawks over the Cowboys. They didn't just beat them, they crushed them.
CBS Sports was much more convinced by Seattle's victory, moving the Seahawks 11 spots up all the way to No. 11. ESPN gave them a big bump as well, taking them from the 26th-spot to No. 17.
Fox wasn't high on the Seahawks to begin with, as they had them all the way down at No. 28 before Week 2. They saw some of the error of their ways on Tuesday, putting Seattle at No. 22.
The Seahawks will have another chance to impress in front of a national audience when they take on the Green Bay Packers on Monday Night Football in Week 3.
