Peyton Manning Press Conference Scheduled for 9AM PT

A press conference has been scheduled by the Colts to announce that future first-ballot hall of famer Peyton Manning will be released. It will be aired on the NFL Network. This announcement will (and already has) opened the floodgates for speculation as to where Manning will end up, and Seattle has been one of the main destinations cited.

National writers Peter King and Jim Trotter fueled that speculation with tweets last night that would make even the most skeptical fan consider the possibility. King writes...

Even more interestingly, Trotter addressed what many fans were wondering when it comes to how likely it is the Seahawks would alter their course and offense to fit what Manning would bring...

Extremely interesting to say the least. No one is saying that the Seahawks are the frontrunners to land Manning, but these tweets make you start to believe the Seahawks are actually one of the teams that are interested. Ultimately though, it's going to come down to, more likely, what teams Manning has interest in.
