The Seahawks announced four new hires to their coaching staff today, adding two full-time coaches and two part-time. Per John Boyle, among a slew of other reporters...
#Seahawks announce Keith Carter as new quality control/offense coach and former player Marquand Manuel as asst. special teams coach.

... additionally, the #Seahawks added John Glenn as coaching assistant/special teams and Kenechi Udeze as coaching intern/defensive line.

All four positions - quality control coach, assistant special team coaches, and coaching intern are all pretty entry level and though realistically very important in the day to day logistics of running an NFL team, they don't get much fanfare. They mostly, from what I gather, do the behind the scenes work of scouting, preparing coaching material and doing whatever's needed at any given time.
As stated above, Manuel is a former Seahawks player and was with the team when they went to the Super Bowl in 2005. There's not a ton of information out there currently on Carter or John Glenn, who I'm assuming is not the former astronaut and true American Hero.
Kenechi Udeze is a former USC player under Pete Carroll and NFL player with the Minnesota Vikings after being selected in the first round. His career was derailed when he was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia - cancer of the blood and bone marrow - in February of 2008. He is now associated with Lance Armstrong's LIVESTRONG foundation and Doug Farrar has a really interesting piece on Udeze here that you should definitely check out.
Additionally:
Oh wait, one more #Seahawks coaching move: Rocky Seto promoted from assistant DB coach to defensive passing game coordinator.
