The Seattle Seahawks take on the Detroit Lions this weekend as they try to keep themselves on pace in the NFC West. The Seahawks are currently 4-3 in the NFC West and tied for second overall in the division behind the San Francisco 49ers, and a lot of the NFL experts seem to like them this week to upset Detroit on the road.
A good deal of ESPN pickers like the Seattle Seahawks: Mike Golic, Chris Mortensen, Mark Schlereth, Tom Jackson, Keyshawn Johnson, Mike Ditka and Cris Carter all picked Seattle. The dissenters were Seth Wickersham, Adam Schefter, and Accuscore.
Six of eight CBS pickers like the Seattle Seahawks, as Clark Judge, Mike Freeman, Jason La Canfora, Will Brinson, Josh Katzowitz and Ryan Wilson all took Seattle. Only Dave Richard and Pete Prisco take Detroit.
Three of four Yahoo Sports pickers take the Seattle Seahawks, including Mike Silver, Les Carpenter and the horde of Yahoo users.
